Let me make one thing clear: this is not a post on how you should work yourself to the bone on your weekends.
"Productivity" has a definition much broader than many of us give it credit for. Rather than taking time to think, reflect, and rest, we tend to equate productivity with doing things.

However, busyness is not the same as efficiency. Being efficient can mean successfully working on a project, but it can also mean giving your mind a break. After all, people are tired and stressed out they are less interested at work, and Gallup estimates that engaged workers are a whopping 28 percent more productive than unengaged employees. (They're happier, more attentive, and more imaginative, not to mention.)

If you choose to work, set a time limit
Declutter your living spaces
Volunteer
Use different skills than you use during the week
Don't let your weekend end with a waste of time. Get the most out of your weekend by creating time off to suit your needs.
Catch up on sleep, or just spend some time with a good book. Support others by volunteer services or simply reach out to friends and family who are overlooked in the hustle and bustle of your everyday flow. Pick up the cluttered garage or just spend some time soaking up the sun on the beach ( if you are in the tropics) Whatever you do, make sure you're making a weekend schedule that lets you get the most out of you.
