What Do Your Habits Say About Your Personality?

There are certain actions that a person has little influence over. In addition to the learned behaviors that can alter over time, certain ticks can not be changed or regulated. In the emotional core of the brain, these unconscious patterns are created. Whereas the prefrontal cortex in which our logic resides helps to tackle unwanted actions.

To some degree, researchers suggest that behaviors represent our actions and personality. These behaviors give a person a specific trait of personality. An upright habit like chewing the nail shows a lot more with a handshake. Here is a list of a few habits that show your personality a little more.

1. Hanging a Toilet Paper Roll

First, on the list, it's funny to be included, but the way you hang the toilet paper roll shows how assertive you are in your relationship. More dominant are individuals who favor the overhead form. And a more submissive nature is exposed by the under head technique.

2. Walking Style

Your gait will give you a clear message. If you walk forward while balancing your weight, you can appear to be charging ahead like a bull. Thus, both in your work and life, you may appear to be optimistic and concentrated. Many claim that certain people are cold and therefore can not be easily approached.

Those who walk staring at their toes are typically introverted. They are quiet and love to stay aloof as they stop looking at anyone. A smooth walk for the sensitive ones. They balance their weight and like to be geared towards the squad. According to Patti Wood, a language expert, you are extremely efficient and rational when you bring your weight forward and walk quickly. Although you will look cold, you are respected by individuals for your competitive nature.

3. The Way You Email

It might sound funny, but the style of your email may tell you a lot about your personality. The writer is most definitely a perfectionist and maybe a slightly obsessive email that does not have any typing mistakes or grammatical errors.

Whereas a person who writes lengthy, informative emails is typically energetic or necessarily needy. Typically, introverts send an email that is clipped and on the other hand, the extroverts will use playful words.

Narcissists tend to use phrases such as "I" "mine regularly, according to some text mining reports. A poorly written mail means that the sender is not involved or academically deficient in communication.

4. How Punctual You Are

You don't need an expert to inform you that you can't be reliant on it if you're normally late. Tardiness doesn't gain much confidence, so individuals that are not punctual are normally laid back. At the same time, those who want to be precocious are a little neurotic.

Before they meet someone, they want to make sure they are made aware of all the factors. They happen to come across as anxious sometimes. Although those who arrive on the dot are really reliable ones! They're not worried and are scrupulous. In any case, they are always relaxed and are generally well prepared and ready to take on any obstacles that come their way.

5. Eating Habits

Who knew our personalities could be exposed by the way we eat. You are most definitely impatient, but goal-centered and optimistic if you gobble down the food. There is generally more power over people who eat slowly, cherishing every bite. They are optimistic and when it comes, enjoy their life. The way you eat food tells a lot about how you lead your life. It portrays anxiety when you come across a picky eater. After all that you eat, you are but those who want to try new dishes and sample various cuisines love to take chances.

6. Shopping Habits

If an individual goes with a set list to the grocery store or chooses whatever they think they need from it; you will figure out your personality trait. You are realistic and understanding your budget makes you meticulous. People who go for window shopping and buy a whole lot more are impulsive. Sometimes they purchase things as it took their fancy and had no usefulness. People who love to read the entire ingredient list and then put the product in their shopping cart are detail oriented and sometimes act obsessively.

7. Handwriting Style

Experts who study graphology say that physical characteristics and handwriting pattern can reveal a lot about the personality. Graphologists believe there is a deep connection and a person’s writing style can explain at least 5000 traits. Like, if a person writes large letters, he wants to be noticed and somewhere feels he is misunderstood. Whereas writing in small letters reveal an extrovert personality.

A person who is emotional and reacts readily would write with a lot of pressure while those who do not put pressure have a playful personality. Methodical people usually have no slant while those who have a slight slant towards the right are friendly.

A person evolves over time, and certain habits along with some personality traits change too. The behavior and personality of a person are complex and thus cannot be categorized under broad categories. These habits may reveal a side of you but are not a sure shot way of defining who you are. Be true to yourself!
